13. Lille Barro
Lille Barro is Yhwach’s leader of the Imperial Guards. He has the X-axis, an ability that targets any enemy without a miss.
He is a Quincy. Thus, his energy takes the form of a rifle. Aside from this, his Quincy skills include teleportation. In the manga, he is the only one who can summon a second form for his Vollständig.
12. Senjumaru Shutara
This Shinigami is a Royal Guard and holds the position of Fourth Officer. She carries a needle that she uses in fighting enemies.

With his knowledge, he taught Unohana every healing technique the Shinigami knows. Still, no one can surpass his healing invention.

Ichibe Huosube is an incredibly talented fighter and the leader of the Zero Division or the Royal Guards of Soul Society. His Shinigami sword takes the form of a large brush that releases black ink.
The black ink nullifies a person’s energy and erases that person’s name. He is the only one who uses a different way to call his Zanpakuto’s final form, which everyone refers to as Bankai.
3. Ichigo Kurosaki
Ichigo is a substitute Shinigami who has a Hollow Mask and Quincy Powers. He gets all the powers but unfortunately, he never uses them all in the series.

His Bankai can burn anyone or anything out of existence, making it one of the most powerful Zanpakuto ever made.
This old geezer is a master of everything due to his long existence in Soul Society. Anyone who tries to challenge him will be annihilated if Yamamoto so desires.

He possesses powerful Quincy abilities. With his amazing power, he can fire multiple shots in quick succession and has a perfect combination of strength and speed.
In addition, he has enough power to take over the world in 9 days, as the Thousand Year Blood war so eloquently describes him.

I think it is Ichigo Kurosaki although my list says Yhwach. In Soul Society, the main protagonist is the only person who has the powers of a hollow, Shinigami, and Quincy. No other character has this combination of genetics. So, if he spends as much time as the other characters did in the anime, he could be the strongest. Unfortunately, not all of these powers manifested in the series.

This one is hard to answer. But I would say Ichigo. Despite the raw power and intellect of Aizen, his evil deeds have punished him in the end. Ichigo on the other hand uses the power of loyalty and friendship that he has.
