But, All Might's smile and message touch the young man, deeply.
Another cool hero message from MHA is Deku's dreams can become reality. It may seem cliche but this is true even in real life.
If you persevere, you can achieve the dreams you've been dreaming of. Besides, the right opportunity will come. Or, create that opportunity.

If you have been watching My Hero Academia since season 1, you know that his quirk, half-ice-half-fire, is Shoto's source of hatred.
